The backyard requires regular mowing and pruning twice a year. In spring we mow every second week, the rest of the year every 4 weeks and during winter we may skip one or two visits due to no growth.
The side access is kept tidy by hedge trimming the beautiful hedge twice a year and spraying the mulched area.
This area is mowed on a regular basis and the bushes are shaped twice a year.
The front of this property requires only little maintenance. We prune the bushes, weed the garden beds and blow the concreted area.
Investment Properties
This is an investment property located in Kingston. We have been looking after the garden for a number of years as the client lives on the mainland. Recently she requested photos of the property.
